Digestives and Scottish Blend tea. Yum.
Digestive biscuits, contrary to their less than inviting name, are deliciously dense graham-like cookies, often coated on one side with milk chocolate. You can get them plain, or with dark or white chocolate too. Apparently, they're called digestives because people used to believe they had antacid properties since they contain sodium bicarbonate (thanks, Wikipedia!). At first, I thought they sounded disgusting, but when you dunk one in tea (quickly, or else it will melt away) it's pretty much the most delicious snack ever.
