Here, Follow Our Adventure!

One day, we went on a walk. We started by following this little alley down to the Lade Braes (which is a trail/area).

The trail cuts through this little bit of town. You can see what the town looks like, and that it quickly turns into farmland once you leave the town. The surrounding area is FULL of farms (I think this is why the food is relatively cheap here).

Then the trail drops back into Lade Braes proper, which is a little path/trail that follows along a stream.

You'd love the flowers here mom. There are a lot of them, and they are pretty.

Eventually, we wandered back into town. We checked out the cathedral, since it closes at dusk and we'd never actually been on the grounds before. There are plaques everywhere, detailing the epic things that went on there.

Chelsea wanted to take a picture of me by my school. This is the main old campus area. But... of course it is all old here. You can see the clock tower up there though. Some people were burned nearby for heresy.

I really like the ocean, and since all of this sits right on the ocean, I went down there to stare at it for a while. The original castle is built against the coast, which is right behind Chelsea in that last picture.

Well, I think we went home after that. That was yesterday anyway. Right now I'm home with Chelsea, my roommate James, and his girlfriend Andrea. Here is a picture of them:

James is making us authentic Bangers and Mash. Mmmm, looks good! I'm going to go eat some now. Bye!

  1. Hey Guys!
It looks so cool there! I'm so jealous, all I got at my school is heat...and dust...and bugs...and "mountains." I laugh at the mountains here!

I miss you guys and yes Chelsea I will get g-chat. I promise...soon.

    Love you,
    Joshua
